With Over 21 Active Locations in USA , they are adding to their Sales Team to sell into Hi Tech Vertical specifically solutions to Semi Conductor Companies, and others Engineering Services and Packaged Solutions in West Coast and RPO and Legal Services in East Coast

These are individual Contributor roles with Targets of $25M +annually

Prior experience in USA, in Named verticals and C Level Contacts are must for consideration.

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 10 to 15 years experience in Business Development

Technical/Functional Skills :

In-depth knowledge of the IT industry / IT trends and Business challenges. Proven selling experience in Software Services
Experience in dealing with Onsite-Offshore environments.
Detailed knowledge on how to prepare responses to FRP’s in the IT services area. Contacts and strong relationship building with the CXO in a specific area.
* Proven executive-level Business Development experience (5+ years relevant 10-15+ total experience) specific to the consulting/outsourcing with Hi-Tech companies
* Contacts with C-Level executives in Hi-Tech industry
* Contacts with C-Level executives in Hi-Tech companies desirable
* Positive attitude, desire to succeed, and self-motivation
* Deep understanding of trends, challenges and solutions for the industry.
* Skills in Strategic Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, and ROI Justification experience
* Experience in selling large multi-tower long-term solution deals
* Experience with Offshore, multi-site projects, turn-key assignments preferred
* Exceptional presentation skills and experience with public speaking engagements
* Excellent writing skills and extensive proposal development experience
* Excellent relationship building skills and extensive client interaction experience
* Ability to direct business development initiatives
* Proven record of accomplishments
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
* MBA highly desirable



Experience Required :
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of selling IT Services/Solutions to major clients in a specified region. The candidate can come from any of the following backgrounds :
Sales/Consulting/Hi - Tech practice field with a Big Five Consulting Firm.

Roles & Responsibilities :
This individual has to achieve assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and building long-term profitable executive level business relationships in a specified region or vertical
Articulate benefits as they relate to customer business needs to generate additional sales revenue on an ongoing basis
Gather relevant information and accurately assess customer concerns and other market trends to provide meaningful input to management and contribute to the decision making process

Generic Managerial Skills :
Strong executive level relationship building skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Tenacity to stay on course to achieve results. Strong ability to communicate plans for results with customers and management.


Qualifications Education :

Bachelor’s / Master degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related Field

Prior experience selling Hi Tech Outsourcing Solutions at Polaris Software Lab,HCL, Patni, IBM Peregrine systems,Syntel Inc, Infogain , Satyam, Wipro,Accenture, Cap Gemini, HP , Lionbridge, CSC desired.




Should have the capacity of handling 20M-35 M in quota.
