Responsibilities :-<br />

Applicants must have a sound working knowledge of the FORCE and/or WFADO dispatch systems and dispatch center processes. <br />
The individual filling this position will be part of the Mapping & Admin Table team supporting the deployment of the FORCE dispatch application to clients. <br />
Primary responsibility will include working with other team members, members of the deployment team, and client contacts to insure the timely identification of client processes, the gathering of client data, and accurate input of gathered Mapping and Admin Table data into applicable FORCE instances. <br />
Normal work hours are 8am- 5pm Monday-Friday however some out of normal hours, weekend and holiday coverage may be required. <br />
